To create sounds from a consonant blend, you must combine two consonant letters like "bl" or "cr" which you can put at the beginning, middle, or end of a word. Consonant blends are usually two or three letters long, and come in a variety of forms. By saying the sound of each letter and reading it continuously you will be able to produce the blend you need in the word.

With constant practice and reliable reading materials, your kids will be able to pronounce words with consonant blend more confidently and correctly.
